MINUTES

The meeting was called to order at 8:30 a.m. Those in attendance were Liz Landow, Renee Miller, Jerry Farrell, Jr., Bob Beaumont, Alison Cady, and Roz Gallagher

The Minutes from the previous meeting were accepted as presented.

Bob gave the final financial update. After a brief discussion a motion was made, seconded, and passed unanimously to use any remaining funds to purchase a bench for the Community Pool renovation project. The bench will be named for the Wallingford Celebrates America's 250th event June 19-21, 2026. There will be a plaque on the bench with this information. Before notifying Parks and Recreation of this donation Roz will meet with the Mayor to advise him of the Committee's decision.

Roz mentioned she had received a request from William Comerford for a copy of written communication regarding the Wallingford Celebrates America's 250th event from her to three Committee members and was in the process of preparing the paperwork.

The Committee agreed this would be the final meeting.
